Your Impact: What You Will Do as Our Office Administrator
This critical Office Administrator in Maryland role provides essential administrative support, ensuring seamless operations across all our traffic control projects. You will be an integral part of the LADMA Operations team, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Reviewing and adjusting daily fieldwork tickets using the TCR Software Program to ensure accuracy.
- Handling all aspects of HR paperwork, including payroll validation and reports, processing PTO requests, and maintaining accurate personnel files, W-4s, and I-9s.
- Efficiently processing invoices, conducting necessary billing corrections, and managing collections.
- Organizing, tracking, and meticulously maintaining comprehensive inventory records.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Coordinating equipment repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Maintaining positive customer relations to ensure high satisfaction after project completion.
Qualifications: What You Bring as an Office Administrator in Maryland

- Minimum of 5 years of proven office administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time Office Administrator in Maryland position with a competitive pay range of $23.50 to $25.00 per hour.
