Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and LADMA Traffic Control. They apply to all visitors, contractors, employees, applicants, and authorized workforce contacts who use our website, submit information through our forms, or communicate with us through any channel we provide.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

- Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or related systems

Communication Consent
By providing your contact information to LADMA Traffic Control — including your name, email address, mailing address, or phone number — through our website, employment paperwork, onboarding forms, or direct communication, you consent to being contacted by LADMA for business-related purposes.
Business-related communication may include:
- Responding to inquiries, quote requests, or service questions
- Coordinating projects, scheduling, and operational logistics
- Sending dispatch instructions, jobsite details, and supervisor contact information
- Communicating with employees, applicants, and contractors regarding employment, payroll, training, and compliance matters
- Delivering safety alerts, emergency notifications, and other operational updates
You may receive these communications by phone, email, or text message, depending on the contact information you provide and the nature of the communication. LADMA does not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing or promotional outreach.
SMS Messaging Terms
LADMA Traffic Control uses SMS text messaging strictly for work-related and operational communication with employees, applicants, contractors, and authorized workforce contacts. SMS messaging is not used for marketing or promotional outreach.
A. Purpose of SMS Messages
SMS messages from LADMA are sent only for operational, employment, and workforce coordination purposes. Message types include:
- Work assignments and schedule updates
- Dispatch instructions, jobsite addresses, and reporting times
- Supervisor or point-of-contact information
- Safety alerts and emergency notifications
- Training updates and certification reminders
- Document submission reminders and compliance updates
- Payroll, time-reporting, and billing-related notifications
- Operational announcements affecting active assignments
SMS communication is not used to send promotional offers, advertising, or marketing content of any kind.
B. Consent
You provide consent to receive SMS messages from LADMA Traffic Control through any of the following methods:
- Verbally during onboarding or work discussions, with explicit confirmation
- By submitting an online form on our website
- By completing a paper form during the hiring or onboarding process
- By providing written authorization on employment paperwork
- By providing your mobile phone number to LADMA for work communication purposes
By providing your mobile number to LADMA for operational or employment-related purposes, you consent to receive SMS messages described in Section 04.A. SMS consent is used only for LADMA Traffic Control business, employment, dispatch, and operational communication.
C. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on operational needs, work schedule, job assignments, emergency conditions, weather, and project requirements. You may receive multiple messages per day during active assignments and few or no messages during inactive periods.
D. Message & Data Rates
LADMA does not charge for SMS messaging. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's pricing plan. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to receiving or sending SMS messages.
E. Opt-Out
You may opt out of non-emergency SMS messages from LADMA at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from LADMA
- Contacting LADMA management or HR directly to request removal from our messaging list
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive non-emergency SMS communications from LADMA.
Because some messages relate to active work assignments, safety, scheduling, or emergency operations, employees who opt out should contact LADMA management or HR to coordinate an alternate method of communication. This ensures continuity of dispatch information, safety notifications, and operational coordination.
F. Help & Support
For assistance with SMS messaging, reply HELP to any LADMA message, or contact us directly at (240) 861-5050 or info@ladmatrafficcontrol.com.
G. Re-Subscribing
If you have previously opted out and wish to resume receiving SMS messages from LADMA, reply START or UNSTOP to a previous LADMA message, or contact LADMA directly to re-subscribe with renewed consent.
H. Eligibility
SMS messaging is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have provided a valid mobile number to LADMA for employment or operational purposes. By providing your mobile number, you represent that you are the authorized account holder for that number or have permission from the account holder to receive messages.
I. Carrier Disclaimer
LADMA Traffic Control is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be subject to interruption due to factors outside LADMA's control, including carrier outages, network conditions, and device issues.
SMS consent is not shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for the operational and employment-related communication described in this section.
