Ariesna founded LADMA Traffic Control on a straightforward principle: contractors deserve a traffic control partner that operates with the same urgency and accountability they bring to their own projects. Under her leadership, LADMA has grown into a trusted regional operation serving the Mid-Atlantic corridor.

She maintains direct involvement in client relationships, strategic planning, and operational standards — ensuring every engagement reflects the reliability the company was built on.

Dennis manages the day-to-day coordination of all field operations, including crew scheduling, equipment logistics, and project deployment. His focus is execution consistency — making sure every crew arrives on time, fully equipped, and compliant with site-specific requirements.

He serves as the primary operational contact for general contractors and project managers, providing real-time coordination from mobilization through project closeout.

Viktor leads the estimating and bid support function, providing detailed project pricing and scope analysis for general contractors, utilities, and government agencies. His estimates are built on thorough site assessment and a deep understanding of MUTCD requirements and regional permitting standards.

He works closely with project managers during the pre-construction phase to ensure accurate budgets, realistic timelines, and the right resource allocation for each engagement.

Mark is responsible for LADMA's safety program, including ATSSA compliance, crew training, incident documentation, and workzone hazard assessment. He ensures every field operation meets or exceeds OSHA and DOT standards before crews mobilize.

He conducts ongoing safety audits, manages certification records, and works directly with GC safety teams to align LADMA's protocols with project-specific safety plans.
