Leadership - Ariesna Lopez - LADMA CEO

ARIESNA LOPEZ

PRESIDENT AND CEO

Ariesna Lopez is the President and CEO of LADMA Traffic Control, a certified, family-owned company serving Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and the Mid-Atlantic. With a background in public safety, construction operations, and business administration, Ariesna blends global insight with field-tested grit to lead LADMA with purpose and precision.

Before moving to the U.S., she worked with Peru’s Department of Traffic in Lima, playing a key role in modernizing urban infrastructure through intelligent traffic systems and public safety programs. Her journey took a personal turn when she relocated to care for her father, ultimately choosing to build a new life—and business—here.

Ariesna holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Piura – UDEP and a master’s in Business Management. After transitioning into the construction industry, she quickly became a force in traffic control—bringing operational discipline and a deep passion for safety to every project.

As LADMA’s co-founder, Ariesna leads with high standards, clear communication, and a no-excuses approach to safety. From a single truck to a respected regional provider, she’s grown LADMA by solving real problems crews face every day—proving that family-rooted leadership can raise the industry bar.

Outside of work, Ariesna enjoys time with her three sons, giving back to the community, and staying grounded in the values that started it all.

A Promise to Protect

At LADMA, safety isn’t a slogan — it’s the reason we show up prepared, every single day. From the very first lane closure Ariesna led to the crews we train today, our mission is the same: protect workers, drivers, and families who rely on safe roads.

We don’t cut corners — because real lives are on the line.

Raising the Bar in Traffic Control

We started LADMA because too many jobs were delayed by crews who didn’t show up—or didn’t know what to do when they did. Our standard is different: arrive early, communicate clearly, and leave the jobsite better than we found it.

Being reliable isn’t a skill. It’s a mindset.

Leadership - Viktor Schultz - LADMA Senior Estimator

Viktor Schultz

Senior Estimator

Victor Schultz brings field-tested experience and sharp estimating skills to his role as LADMA’s Bid Coordinator and Senior Estimator. He’s not someone who started in an office—he earned his stripes in the field, working hands-on in various construction and traffic control roles before stepping into project coordination.

Before joining LADMA, Victor worked across multiple companies in the Mid-Atlantic region, learning what it takes to manage work zones, meet contractor expectations, and keep operations moving—no matter the conditions. His time in the field shaped his attention to detail and gave him a practical understanding of how to plan for real-world challenges.

At LADMA, Victor manages bid preparation, pricing strategy, and scope review for public and private projects across Maryland, Virginia, D.C., and surrounding areas. From utility shutdowns to large-scale lane closures, he ensures that every proposal reflects the level of quality and readiness our clients expect.

Victor is more than a numbers guy—he’s a critical part of LADMA’s operations. His ability to connect logistics with boots-on-the-ground insight helps bridge the gap between estimating and execution. Contractors trust his responsiveness, his clarity, and his dedication to getting it right.

He remains grounded in the values that brought him into this work: preparation, communication, and showing up with purpose. Whether coordinating crews behind the scenes or building pricing strategies for a city-wide closure, Victor’s role is central to delivering LADMA’s promise of dependable traffic control.

Committed to Clarity and Safety

Safety doesn’t start at the jobsite — it starts with planning. As Bid Coordinator, I make sure every estimate protects the people behind the work. That means no shortcuts, no guesswork, and no surprises when it’s time to show up. When the scope is clear, the crew stays safe.

“When you’ve worked in the field, you don’t guess. You plan for what’s real.”

Precision That Keeps Projects Moving

My job is to make sure nothing gets in the way of a smooth operation. A great bid isn’t just about pricing — it’s about understanding how work actually happens in the field. That’s why I focus on clear scopes, solid timelines, and practical solutions that help our crews and clients move forward with confidence.

“Every solid project starts with a plan that works in the real world.”

Leadership - Danielle Jordan

DANIELLE JORDAN

Community Outreach & Engagement Lead

Danielle Jordan leads LADMA’s community-facing efforts with passion, purpose, and a deep commitment to impact. As Community Outreach & Engagement Lead, Danielle connects LADMA’s mission with the people and neighborhoods we serve—ensuring our traffic control operations reflect not just safety and compliance, but trust and local understanding.

With a background in public engagement, nonprofit advocacy, and communications strategy, Danielle brings more than a decade of experience building meaningful partnerships. Before joining LADMA, she worked with regional municipalities and grassroots coalitions throughout the Mid-Atlantic, coordinating community-based initiatives on infrastructure, safety, and equity.

At LADMA, Danielle plays a vital role in bridging the gap between jobsite logistics and public expectations. From advance notices and neighborhood briefings to media relations and stakeholder coordination, she ensures every voice is heard and every project rolls out with clarity and accountability.

Her philosophy is simple: traffic control is more than cones and signs—it’s about showing up with respect and transparency. That mindset shapes how she trains outreach staff, designs public messaging, and builds confidence in LADMA’s presence across Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.

A Commitment to Community

Strong infrastructure starts with stronger relationships. Danielle works hand-in-hand with contractors, agencies, and local leaders to make sure our work is both safe and understood.

“People remember how you show up. When you lead with empathy, trust follows.”

Engagement That Builds Trust

Danielle believes communication is part of safety. From city briefings to school outreach, she helps LADMA crews build a presence that earns respect.

“When we’re visible for the right reasons, communities feel safer—and projects move smoother.”

Leadership - Dennis Marcia - LADMA Operations Manager

DENNIS MARCIA

Operations Manager

Dennis Marcia brings two decades of hands-on construction expertise to his role as LADMA’s Operations Manager. With a background that spans utility work, heavy equipment operations, and site leadership, Dennis oversees LADMA’s day-to-day field execution with precision, grit, and unmatched field insight.

He began his career the hard way—on the ground, in the trenches. From water main installations to sewer connections, Dennis has built his reputation from the bottom up, serving as a laborer, crew lead, foreman, and superintendent before stepping into regional operations. His experience includes managing complex infrastructure jobs across Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.

Dennis understands what it takes to keep crews moving, timelines on track, and clients informed. His leadership is grounded in field reality—ensuring that every setup, every closure, and every shift is executed with discipline, safety, and accountability.

With a degree in Business Administration, Dennis also brings a strategic lens to resource planning and project coordination. He works closely with LADMA’s estimating, staffing, and safety teams to make sure every project runs efficiently from mobilization to completion.

Built on Real-World Experience

Dennis’s leadership style reflects where he came from: the field. He trains crews with the same mindset that got him here—work smart, stay sharp, and lead by example.

“I’ve done this work. That’s why I expect the best. You can’t lead the field if you don’t know how the field works.”

Operations That Deliver Results

Whether it’s a small lane closure or a major utility tie-in, Dennis ensures LADMA operations meet the highest standards—every shift, every site.

“The job isn’t done until the cones are up, the site is safe, and the client’s confident. That’s the standard.”

Leadership - Clara Jennings - LADMA

CLARA JENNINGS

Senior Reporting & Compliance Specialist

Clara Jennings plays a critical role in keeping LADMA’s operations transparent, compliant, and accountable. As Senior Reporting & Compliance Specialist, she ensures that every timecard, payroll report, and field log meets the strictest standards—supporting LADMA’s trusted reputation with contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.

With a background in compliance management, certified payroll, and operational auditing, Clara brings meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of what public and private clients expect. Her expertise helps LADMA stay ahead of evolving requirements across Maryland, D.C., Virginia, and the broader Mid-Atlantic region.

From Davis-Bacon compliance to project-level reporting, Clara supports both the field and office teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in every submission. She’s the link between boots-on-the-ground data and back-office precision.

Clara’s ability to break down complex documentation and communicate expectations clearly makes her an invaluable part of LADMA’s leadership. Whether it’s reconciling certified payroll or preparing audit-ready records, she helps ensure LADMA operates with integrity and confidence.

Accuracy That Builds Trust

Clara knows that what’s on paper matters just as much as what’s in the field. That’s why she works behind the scenes to keep LADMA aligned with every spec, scope, and schedule.

“Every detail counts—because when the numbers are right, everything else runs smoother.”

Compliance with Confidence

With Clara on board, LADMA’s clients and partners know they’re in good hands. She ensures that reporting isn’t just done—it’s done right.

“Compliance isn’t a formality. It’s a promise we make—and keep—on every job.”

Leading from the Front

Mark doesn’t manage safety from behind a desk. He’s on-site, in the vest, showing new hires and seasoned veterans alike what it means to lead by example.

“When crews see you walk the walk, they follow. That’s how you build a culture that lasts.”
