He serves as the primary operational contact for general contractors and project managers, providing real-time coordination from mobilization through project closeout.
Viktor Schultz
Senior EstimatorViktor leads the estimating and bid support function, providing detailed project pricing and scope analysis for general contractors, utilities, and government agencies. His estimates are built on thorough site assessment and a deep understanding of MUTCD requirements and regional permitting standards.
He works closely with project managers during the pre-construction phase to ensure accurate budgets, realistic timelines, and the right resource allocation for each engagement.
Mark Braddock
Safety DirectorMark is responsible for LADMA's safety program, including ATSSA compliance, crew training, incident documentation, and workzone hazard assessment. He ensures every field operation meets or exceeds OSHA and DOT standards before crews mobilize.
He conducts ongoing safety audits, manages certification records, and works directly with GC safety teams to align LADMA's protocols with project-specific safety plans.
