Common Questions
Do I need a Gmail account to leave a Google review?
Yes — a Google account is required. You can use any Gmail address, or create a Google account using any existing email at accounts.google.com. A Gmail address specifically is not required.
Can I leave a review from my phone?
Yes. After selecting your location, tap "Leave a Google Review." It will open Google in a new tab — in your browser or the Google Maps app if you have it installed. Sign into your Google account first for the smoothest experience.
Why do I need to select a location?
Each LADMA service area has its own Google Business Profile. Selecting your location ensures your review is posted to the correct profile and attributed to the team that served your class.
Are reviews optional?
Completely. There is no requirement to leave a review, and it has no impact on your certification or training record. We ask only because genuine feedback helps future students make informed decisions about their training.
Does LADMA offer incentives for reviews?
No. LADMA does not offer compensation, discounts, raffles, or incentives of any kind in exchange for reviews. We ask only for an honest account of your experience. Incentivized reviews violate Google's policies, and we are committed to the integrity of our ratings.
